My handmade jewelry can be purchased on wildriverbendrustics.com or at 2418 W Michigan Ave., Jackson, Michigan 49202.

• Do you offer custom jewelry?

I am not currently offering custom jewelry. With the demands of family, ministry, farming, The Grate Haus, and keeping custom jewelry stocked in the Wild Riverbend shop, I don’t currently have time.

• How can I check the status of my order?

You can expect to receive email confirmation of your order and tracking info once the order ships. Please allow at least 48 hours for your tracking info to update. You can also check the status of your order on your account page.

• How can I cancel my order?

Email allyson@wildriverbendrustics.com as soon as possible. Once a piece is purchased, I ship orders out quickly, so speedy communication is essential. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

• Can I return my order?

I accept returns within 7 days of delivery. After that your handmade jewelry is yours to keep.

• What if I don’t like the jewelry I ordered?

• Which shipping carrier do you use?

I ship via USPS.

• Will my package be insured?

It is insured up to $100 with USPS.

• Can you resize the ring or bracelet I purchased if it doesn’t fit?

I usually recommend that people take the ring to a local goldsmith or silversmith for resizing, where the jeweler can laser weld and resize the piece without overheating it.

• When did you start making jewelry?

I started making jewelry in 2016. I took a beginner metalsmithing class at Studio JSD in Grand Haven, MI. The rest of my experience came through trial and error.
