Shipping Methods & Coverage

• We ship free to all 50 U.S. states—no shipping charges at checkout.
• We do not ship internationally at this time.
• Delivery times are estimates only. Wild Riverbend Rustics is not responsible for carrier delays.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked Delivered to request a return.

After this window, returns cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

Your item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In original packaging (pouch, box, tags, certificates)
• Free from damage, wear, or alteration

Not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Gift cards
• Items marked Final Sale

How to Request a Return

Include:

• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Refund or exchange preference

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Please use a trackable shipping method; we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
• Items must be mailed back within 14 days of approval.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Exchanges

Exchanges are welcome for eligible items, based on availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund the item and cover shipping costs.
